1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Turfio platform, web dashboards, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Player & User Obligations

Players using Turfio agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information during slot booking.
• Arrive on time for scheduled pitch slots and vacate the ground promptly when the reserved duration ends.
• Abide by the individual ground rules specified by venue owners (e.g. footwear restrictions, no smoking on artificial turf).
• Refrain from fraudulent bookings or unauthorized commercial sub-leasing of booked slots.

3. Turf Owner & Venue Rules

Turf owners and venue operators registering on the Turfio Operator Dashboard agree to:

• Maintain accurate slot availability and pricing schedules on the dashboard.
• Ensure the reserved turf ground is clean, safe, and illuminated during booked hours.
• Honor all confirmed player reservations made through the Turfio system without double-booking.
• Promptly update unavailability due to maintenance or weather conditions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Slot cancellations are subject to the specific venue policy set by the turf owner. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to match time are generally eligible for rescheduling or refund credit per venue terms. Turfio reserves the right to issue full refunds in cases of technical platform error or verified venue non-compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Turfio platform, brand identity, wordmark, pocket logo, software design, and source code are the exclusive property of Turfio. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform assets without prior written authorization.
